Aims and objectives
The Aims and objectives of the Association as
enumerated in its Constitution are as follows:-
a) To promote brotherhood and spirit
of cooperation between the members.
b) To organize and unite the Technical Supervisors
of India Railways, and to strive for their betterment in general, through
constitutional means and to regulate their relations with the employer.
c) To expand and improve the technical knowledge
of the members though papers, periodicals, seminars, lectures and
technical tours.
d) To cooperate, federate or affiliate with any
other organization having similar aims and objectives, both inside and
outside the country.
